New to our lineup the Steel body Style O brings a weathered look like no other. Each body undergoes a hand patina process giving a unique look to each and every one. Etched with that famous scene depicting the allure of the Aloha Isles. The Steel body Style “O” is similar to National’s flagship Brass body but brings with it a Vintage vibe from the 30's. Just like the original, today’s Steel Style “O” features a maple neck finished in a vintage hand rubbed toner and capped by an unbound ebony fretboard topped by vintage-style engraved tuners. Thanks to both its look and sound, the Weathered Steel Style “O” remains a timeless classic. Here as a custom made 12 string!

Our NRP Steel Tricone features the classic styling of the vintage Tricones but with a special sound. The tone of the steel body offers a deeper, darker voice — yet with more immediacy and presence. And it still boasts all the amazing sustain and rich choral tone the Tricones are famous for. The steel body and coverplate are plated and then hand rubbed with a vintage vibe. Inside, the NRP Steel Tricone features the same type of aluminum resonating cones and T-bridge as the original models. The mahogany neck features an unbound ebony fingerboard with dot inlays, while the traditional slotted headstock has “NATIONAL” stamped on it. If you’re seeking a Tricone with a bit more blues feel to it, the NRP Steel guitar has it in spades. Here as a custom made baritone in Aged Ivory White!

Our NRP B Series replicates the vintage Duolian — and these modern reissues surpass most old ones in quality, playability, and even tone. The thin-gauge steel body is period-correct, featuring flat-cut f-holes, traditional sieve resonator coverplate, and a formed back. Still, no two NRP guitars are exactly alike: The bodies are finished with a multi-stage, hand-textured finish for an individual look and semi-smooth surface profile that emulates the original Duolians. The mahogany neck with truss rod is capped by an unbound ebony fretboard complete with mother-of-pearl position markers. Vintage-style plain tuners, ebony nut, and “National” stamped into the slotted headstock complete the look of this classic. But it’s the trademark sound that makes these guitars so special — almost like a ghostly evocation of the best vintage 1930s Duolian.

As John rightly boasted, “The Tricone guitar flowed like a river,” and the company’s early ads proclaimed it “The Greatest Musical Sensation of the Age.” Now, ninety years later, Tricones are still revered by musicians everywhere for that special sound. Like the originals, our Style 1 Tricone is built with a Brass body and coverplate — the same, unique alloy used by the Dopyera Brothers. And like those guitars, our body, coverplate, and tailpiece are nickel plated and polished to a mirror-like shine. The mahogany neck is finished in a rich, warm burst and fitted with an ivoroid-bound ebony fingerboard. The vintage-style tuning machines work on the classic slotted headstock, topped by the famed National shield decal.

The first Triolians were painted in a golden Polychrome finish, highlighted by a stenciled scene on the back featuring the sun setting through swaying palm trees along the shoreline of Paradise. Our reissue of the classic Polychrome Triolian not only matches the style of the original, but also the special sound of those first single-cone Nationals. The body is available in either thin-gauge steel or wood. And like the originals, it’s constructed with flat-cut f- holes, a formed back, and traditional non-ribbed coverplate. You can select from either the early 12-fret, large-body or later 14-fret, smaller-body version. The maple neck comes with an ebony fretboard with ivoroid binding and traditional engraved tuners. Both include an adjustable truss rod—something the vintage Nationals lacked. But this reissue doesn’t lack any of the tone of the originals: It still sounds as sweet and rich as a classic 1930s National.

The Triolian is a faithful reissue of the 1930s W Series classic, featuring a thin-gauge steel body or optional wood body. The guitar is highlighted by flat-cut f-holes, a formed back, and the traditional sieve-hole coverplate. And like the originals, the guitar is handpainted in a two-tone “walnut” brown-and-gold burst designed to mimic the look of wood way back when. But our Triolian is all new and boasts something the vintage versions lack — rock-solid reliability. The maple neck now includes an essential adjustable truss rod under the ivoroid-bound ebony fretboard, which is detailed with inlaid mother-of-pearl position markers. The classic slotted headstock features vintage-style engraved, open-gear tuners and the timeless “Triolian” shield decal. (In the making process it got an almost invisible dent on the back so we can give a €200,- discount.)

National’s 14-Fret Style “O” became an icon when Mark Knopfler began using a late 1930s model and pictured it prominently on the cover of Dire Straits’ Brothers in Arms album released in 1985. Our reproduction is true to the vintage original. The smaller, 14-fret body allows versatility and ease of access for reaching those higher notes. The brass-bodied instrument is polished to a mirror-like shine, nickel plated, and then etched with the exotic Hawaiian palm-tree scenes. The maple neck is finished in a traditional sunburst. An ivoroid-bound ebony fretboard and vintage-style engraved tuners complete the look of this enduring classic.

With its mahogany body and traditional aluminum resonating cones and T-bridge, the M-1 is truly extraordinary: It boasts the traditional styling and resonator sound of a classic metal Tricone, but with the beloved warmth and depth of tone that a wood-bodied guitar adds. Featuring vintage Tricone styling, the M-1 is constructed of laminated mahogany, highlighted by a sturdy wood soundwell and a hand-painted steel coverplate. The mahogany neck is capped by an ivoroid-bound ebony fingerboard with dot inlays and a vintage-style slotted headstock. A big plus is that the M-1 weighs some three pounds less than its metal-bodied counterpart, yet it gives up nothing in sound. The mahogany provides its own, distinguished tone, combining the unmistakable sound of a Tricone with a rich, deep, full tone.
